birthday.

is something i look forward to, almost all year. i love how much effort everyone puts into making it a special day just for you. my friends and family members are incredible, i feel so lucky. that morning as i was leaving to work my in-laws left a sweet present for me on the counter! it was a great way to start off my birthday.

at work my boss bought paradise cookies for everyone, and other friends brought me some goodies. we went to lunch at Tai Siam in SL, i love going to lunch with my co-workers. i had no idea though what alex had planned. i was so excited all day at work and couldn't wait to get home to him. once i got home on the table was a nice pink box, inside was a kitchen aide mixer! something i have wanted for some time now, but have always said i can wait until i have a house with enough room and space to use it (great timing!). and then there was the boots that i've kept my eye on, and are now on their way here!

alex picked Glorias little Italy for dinner. we've never been before, and we loved it! it's a cute, quaint italian restaurant in provo. after he drove me to a great spot in provo canyon. it was such a pretty drive. when we arrived he pulled out some sparkling cider and two glasses. we just sat there together enjoying each others company. it was perfect for me.

now we will be celebrating with our families, and i can't wait.
